A1: Our sales representative will come to you with carpet samples and provide you with all necessary details and choices.

A2: We recommend that you put a new underlay with every new carpet for numerous reasons. It prolongs your new carpet's life, acts as a shock absorber against impact wear, room insulator against draughts and makes the carpet cleaning easier.

A4: We do not charge anything for estimate and measuring. It is free.

A5: Yes. However, we sell a range of carpet and each carpet comes with different guarantees. We will be happy to assist you on this and guide you as per your needs.

A6: It normally takes about 10 working days for your carpet to reach our stores. We will contact you as soon as it reaches our stores and will arrange a suitable time for delivery and/or laying.

A7: It depends on the area where the carpet is. Busy areas with frequent traffic should be vaccumed daily. Less busy areas can be vaccumed twice or thrice a week.
